APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION
On 11th April 2012 the Planning Inspectorate accepted the planning application by North Blyth Energy Ltd. The full suite of application documents are now available for viewing as detailed below. The documents include the draft Development Consent Order, Environmental Statement (ES) and Consultation Report.

The full ES which includes copies of the details of the proposals, preliminary environmental information, plans, maps and other documents may be inspected free of charge at the following locations and during the hours set out below:

The Application documents will be on display at the above locations and times and available for inspection free of charge. Copies of the suite of Application documents can be obtained for a charge of £500 for hard copies. On request, a CD Rom containing these documents will be provided free of charge. Copies of individual documents are also available on request and a charge may apply. Copies of the Application documents can be viewed online at the North Blyth Biomass Project page of the Planning Inspectorate website.
